At Soda Centre & Home Brewer's Retail, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of food-grade items and beverage ingredients, we accept returns on unopened hardware and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that perishable ingredients, syrups, and yeast are non-returnable for safety reasons.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the authorization slip; ship the package to our retail warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our brewing experts inspect the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
